Admins name - Who banned you/who might it be? Raifster123

Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? "<21:52:33> You are banned temporarily. Reason: "Breaking TOU " Try again in 5d 23:49:40"

Server - What server did you get banned from? TeamSpeak3

Time - How long were you banned for? I was banned for 7 Days

Story - What happend? I was angry at the time, so I went on, and disrespected, ALOT. The words I said, and the things I did, are just fucked up. I had gotten a 1 hour ban at first, for saying a racist word. Then when my 1hour ban was over, I went back on, and spoke to my buddy Raifster123, we went into a private spacer, and I told him how pissed I was over that Anail Gaming banned me for 1 hour. I had so much adrenaline and anger going around in my body. And as most of you know, I can't control my anger under some situations. So I went on, and told Raifster123 that Anail Gaming is such ..... and so on. And eventually, I ended up calling him a very racist word. So right after that, Jordan and Clarky joined the spacer me and Raifster123 were in, and I believe he asked what I had been saying, so Raifster123 poked Jordan all the shit I'd been doing / saying. And I got banned for it.

Extra information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban. I got anger issues, major anger issues, I've told all my issues, to Anna, she understands me, she's helped me out alot after I got this ban, and she's calmed me down, put my thoughts on other things

I really, really appriciate that. And I can't handle my anger under difficult situations. So, I do alot of shit I regret later. I know what I did, was wrong, and I regret it, ALOT. I've waited out 1 day, and I've calmed myself down, alot. I believe people deserve second chances, to prove themselves worthy. NOTE If I get a new chance, and end up fucking it up, I know the concequences. And I'll gladly accept them.

To be honest, I gave you a chance to sort your self out with a 1 hour ban, with the stuff you did at the time,
Racism, Disrespect, LEAVING the channel constantly when i was trying to talk to you, I should have given you a much longer ban.

For you to then poke banana calling him things when he had nothing to do with it, AND continuing to rant and disrespect me personally, on steam.

After your 1 hour ban was up, you came on to the teamspeak again, and continued what you left off, with the racism, disrespect, which in my eyes was clear you didn't care or learn.

All in All

I gave you a chance to sort your self with a 1 hour ban, which you did not.

I will talk with other HA's on this to get more than 1 opinion.

After speaking with Anon and Raifster, we have all decided to deny this. You was given a chance and yet continued to break rules by being racist and such. You will be remained banned and I strongly suggest you fix that attitude because that is something I never want to see again otherwise there may be consequences on your SSRP Administrator rank if you continue.

Here are the TS3 rules:

Use of this Teamspeak server constitutes your acceptance to the ZARP Terms of Use (http://zarpgaming.com/index.php/help/terms) and these additional Teamspeak rules:
1 - No micspamming.
2 - No playing music unless permitted by those in your channel.
3 - Do not harass users.
4 - No recording. You can only record when another user is clearly breaking rules.
5 - Do not disturb anyone in a meeting room. You face a 1 day ban for causing disruption.
6 - Don't attempt to join private channels without permission, or meeting rooms.
7 - (INCLUDING ADMINS) Do not create private rooms. We don't have this facility at this time.
8 - No racism, discrimination, etc.
9 - Don't follow people around channels, even if it's a public channel. If they move, you don't follow them unless they want you to.
10 - Don't impersonate staff. This includes having the same name as a staff member or pretending that you are a staff when you are not.
11 - No Voice Changers / Soundboards / Excluding the Alienware SoundBlaster Pro Voice Changers
