TOPIC: [TS3] Unban Appeal (Updated)

Admins name - Tyler (I think)
Reason - Don't remember the actual reason but I spam poked Tyler and made multiple alts
Server - ts3
Time - perm
Story - It was so long ago now I can hardly remember why my main was banned. I remember making alts and spam poking tyler on them, sorry tyler (and all the staff that had to deal with the alts) <3
Proof - nope
Extra information - Im sorry for everything I did <33 It's been a long time, I think a second chance is due

You might want to make sure to appeal your ban on the teamspeak before coming on.

Gotta love getting banned for no reason and having to wait over an hour (nearly 2) just to be unbanned. Nice.

Jim Jam has been banned on the ZARP teamspeak for over 6 months now I believe. I think he deserves to be unbanned, a second chance ay?

Just try be more mature and don't cause trouble.

Ok so Jim jam, what ban you are appealing here makes no sense. If you were unbanned but you were not supposed to be unbanned then you don't come on the team speak and you appeal. your last appeal was denied and so you should be appealing for the original ban reason not the reason for alt as if you are appealing your ban on your main it is not an alt and your main ip.

I'm gonna point something out for people who may not know.

BANNING an IP alone is pointless depending on the person, a lot of ISP's supply Dynamic ip's. Such as mine, and I know mine changes every 24 hours.
Banning of an IP means nothing in that circumstance, Unless there is a system that is designed to keep the IP updated if the TS ID logs back on.

I don't get why Accusations of VPN's are made, because it is so easy to find out specially when the IP gets labeled as "Proxy Detected".

IF there was genuinely and issue that allowed him to log on, and he had no clue he was still banned, then TBH, i would have to say from what is said, it would be handled a bit harsh HOWEVER,

PARA stated that there is truth missing from this, giving me personally droughts on this situation, and knowing para for the time i have, and the things me and him have done together, i personally will believe para, meaning, I believe there to be missing points which in turn will try and make the staff member who banned you, look bad.

Hopefully this gets sorted soon.

If you are lying in this post I'd suggest fixing that, as tbh it is not hard for a staff member to find out.

He came on the server said well i am not sure if im still supposed to be banned. I said well im not the one who banned you i guess its tyler. He doesnt like you for all the alts you have made in the past.
I said i will have to talk to tyler if you are actually unbanned or not. That is why i said its fine for now because it would be rude of me to tell you to stay off the teamspeak while i go figure out if you are still supposed to be banned only to find out that you weren't that would be me taking away time from you that you could have spend on our servers.

Tyler told me that your supposed to stay banned. thats why you are re banned. So i assume tyler is not adding this as an extra punnishment to your rapsheet. becaues it happens more often that the banning admin feels like giving a banned member another chance. and unbans the ban

If you're banned then what's the point on joining back, Jim_Jam you know the rules well enough and you're still trying to break them dude. We all know that you knew for a fact you where still banned.
