[SSRP Warning] BremFM's appeal
7 years 10 months ago #467437
Name - What is your in-game name? BremFM
STEAM-ID - What is your STEAM-ID? STEAM_0:0:95026280
Staff Members Name - Who Warned You? Muffin99
Warning Reason - What was the reason of the warning(s)? NLR
Server - Which Server did this occur on? SSRP Server 1
Story/Situation (What Happened?) - I was raiding the PD, when Along killed me. I then walked to the banking district, and he was trying to arrest me, so I ran away, into the police district (hence why the logs showed I was NLR'ing when I died), which was the only way I could go. When I died, he continued trying to arrest me. We have had beef before so that may be why.
Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your warning(s)? Warning shouldnt have been given, since there was no proof of me NLR'ing, besides the logs, which don't show what happened really.

Well if you didnt have any recent punishment he shouldnt have gave you a warning, a verbal would do the job.
It's their choice of punishment whether to warn for NLR or not.

Previous Punishments:
When punishing someone admins have always been told to consider their previous punishment history. However this can be unfair to players who have worked hard to change their attitude. You can now only consider the last 2 weeks of punishments. We have decided as a team that we will be bringing the punishments for applicants back down to 2 weeks

This doesn't exactly restrict the staff member for warning people over rules like NLR, it is the staffs member choice of punishment. It can also depend on the case of the situation so I'll see what I can get out of this appeal.

I don't think a full warning for a simple nlr break is needed, a verbal would have been fine or respawning you. Its not like you ruined anyones rp like rdming does, I really hope your chances of mod are not ruined by this :/

Not only that, but there was no proof of me NLR'ing.

Not saying that you were or wernt but even if you were a full warning for such a minor thing + you didnt have any recent warnings, it really shouldnt have been worth a warning. Your not a rule breaker
