This doesn't exactly restrict the staff member for warning people over rules like NLR, it is the staffs member choice of punishment. It can also depend on the case of the situation so I'll see what I can get out of this appeal.

If you have him on steam then you can handle the appeal, unless he accepts quick i wont be able to handle until later tonight when i get home
