Now remember: I have over 7000 screenshots. This is only a short grasp from his last few days on ZARP. He has had more learning points than any other player and just seems to be refusing to read and follow the rules.

In my opinion, Scotties arguments far exceed yours, Dub. The evidence he presented is clearly sufficient for a ban, and to consider that you haven't even bothered to apologize for the disruption you have caused really looks bad on you.
