Story -What happend? I was in a sit, I've been getting CDMed for a long portion of this day. I start editing my video when I seen someone picklocking my car. I kill him. Someone else came to my car, so I waited and seen them picklocking as well. So I killed him too. I go in the street while my video is Rendering and hop in a random car. when they pressed R to kick me out, I shot above their car. (Simply so they could look like pussies when they drove off) Instantly, I get frozen and dput on a roof. I thought "Okay, maybe the thiefs called an admin on me for killing them while they tried stealing my car." So he goes on and states what it was about, and claimed I was trying to kill the person in the car, when I never even damaged him nor tried to. (I'm a straight up dickhead if I'm being blamed for something I didn't do. Though even if I am being disrespectful, they never once Verbally, nor regularly warn me for doing so, but warned me for "Attempted RDM"???) I asked him multiple times to look in the logs to see I've never done damage to him and he refused to do so. So I told him I was recording right now and I would make this appeal if he bans me. (At this point people were yelling at each other) I told them to ban me if they want, but "I won't take the sit as over if I'm getting randomly fucking warned". So I got banned for MASS Rulebreak.
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? I was videoing at the time, still have to edit the video for it is quite long.
Extra information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban. You will recieve the videos in the comments as soon as I finish encoding and uploading it.

when i joined s3 i did an f1 were you apparently were mass rdming but i didnt have logs,the person doing the f1 pointed towards you and you got kicked out of the car and shot the guys car so i froze you and brought you to a roof, you started called me a ni**ger and retard several times and kept yelling GIVE ME PROOF, you never told me that you had any evidence but instead was racist and disrespectful i told you that i saw what you did and you responded with "ban me then i dont care, i wont come back". i checked and you have around 5-6 recent warnings and a recent ban

From my point of view you need to improve on your attitude dude.

I was there at the time and I also agreed with spoderman to ban him.
I've given this guy several verbal warnings that day as I couldn't get sufficient evidence for a full warning. Him and his friend were breaking rules but only his friend was getting caught.
He knows the rules..... but uses it to lie and get around warnings.
I caught this guy at the same time as spoderman I was going to leave him with a normal warning and jail time but he decided to not listen and instead mic spam as well as disrespect and be racist saying the n word.

Spodersman carried out the sit professionally and ethically. He checked to see if he was banned before and he looked at his recent warnings.
I would like to see this sentence fully carried out as this server doesn't need that kind of behaviour.
