Name - What is your ingame name? Cherry
STEAM-ID - What is your STEAM-ID? Can't find it
Admins name - Who banned you/who might it be? Para
Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? Hacking
Server - What server did you get banned from? perm
Time - How long were you banned for? perm
Story - What happend? I used a hack.
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? paras video
Extra information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban. I will never do it again, and I'm very sorry for using the hack. It was just a stupid advanatage I got over others which wasn't fair at all and not nice to others :/
It was a other time and that time is gone from now on '

Also my past is not a problem anymore I can assure you.
I just want to play again and hope this'll be accepted, if there's anything you need to know just let me know!
Anyone can hit me up on Steam or whatever
