Story/Situation (What Happened?) - Okay so I saw a guy killing a cop he kills the cop then when I go over to kill him he turns out he's got a friend which is sorle, so I kill his friend and then sorle pulls out a gun in attempt to kill me before he can land a shot on me I kill him. he then teleports to me and says I've rdm'd him.

I've spoken to Sorle and as far as his side of the story goes you did RDM. Keep in mind that you must attempt to arrest someone before killing them unless they're in combat or attempting to avoid getting arrested.
