I have spoken with the admin who banned you and came to the following conclusion

Conclusion

Due to your massive amount of Mass RDM warnings that are still recent you should concidder your self extremely lucky to only get 1 week of a ban. when you get unbanned and you continue to do this you will be banned for a lot longer so take this time to rethink your actions througly .
You currently remain banned but We want you to re read the rules to prevent
this from happening again
