What is/might be the reason that you got warned?

One was for CDM, where he didn't speak to me at all about it and just instantly warned me. The other one was for "cunt", which is clear abuse.

What server did you get warned on?

SSRP.

What happened?

He just straight up abused his powers and warned me twice, as seen in the video below. The warning for CDM was given without a sit and I believe it was false.

Judging by the staff members actions and behavior I think it's safe to say these warnings are going to be removed.
