Story/Situation (What Happened?) -: So i recently had nlr for bank district since i was a cop and got killed in bank raid then changed to gangster and I was running across to the park district to get to the housing district with my friend, then Clarky just brings me and warns me for NLR. I tried to explain what happened then he said no excuses for NLR.

I have spoken to the admin who has banned you and came to the following conclusion.

Conclusion

Hello buddy, I've spoken to the staff member who has handed this punishment to you buddy and we've discussed a few stuff that has happened, You need to remember when you die you can't return back to the same two tunnels within 3 minutes, You also need to forget your previous life buddy so that means you need to avoid that district buddy.
