Thus why he was unbanned, Luan worded it wrong when they unbanned him as there was noc lear evidence of him cheating just a quick flick to someone. He was unpunished and unbanned as it wasn't clear enough evidence to ban him. Making it a false ban and it not counting. Check the old Ban Appeal that he made hwen it occured he was unbanned as it was false meaning it isnt a valid thing to base a ban appeal on
