TOPIC: [SSRP] Elemental's Warn Appeal (HA Please Review)

Just before you read this, Imagine if an Admin was in my position. [as in used a big gun to remove a car that had been abused into spawn.] No one, would care. I honestly believe that my equality rights are being violated. I would like to request a Head Admin to review this as I take this matter incredibly seriously and feel personally targeted.

Story/Situation (What Happened?) - So first things first, yes I did have a big gun as a shop owner. However, I equipped it to destroy my vehicle out of a roleplaying situation, I did this after speaking with a mod about some kid recently prop abusing my vehicle into spawn upside down, I could not prop abuse it to correct it. So I thought Id shoot it. There was no intention of using the big gun in any RP situation. Jordz picks me straight up and confronts me. Now I feel that staff are purposely targeting me due to the fact of me wanting to return as staff. I see daily staff give just little verbal warnings and a slap on the wrist, What is it I get. BOOM!, have a fucking warning. No, I do not agree with the way I am being treated and I feel that this is personal. If I was just another player, nothing would have been done.
Extra Information - I have included 2 clips below, 1 of the prop abuse from the kid to begin with. 2, the way Jordz had dealt with me. I would like to add that in the staff handbook created by Morgan, there are other commands that Jordz could have used to either remove the gun from me, or have me change my job. Instead he jumps straight to warn me. This is why I feel like staff are targeting me personally. Yes, I used to be staff, but we knew how to be fair and we knew how to be a decent member of staff back then.

In this second clip, you will see how Jordz comments on how he does not expect this from Ex Head Admin, However an Ex HA could easily get away with things like this. What I did was not abusive in any way or effect anyone else's game play.


I take this warning personally as I feel targeted by multiple staff members who I believe do not wish me to return as staff. As you see in the first clip, There was a moderator and just afterwards Jordz came and joined. Neither cared about me reporting the abuser. I accepted that staff were not going to do anything, so I proceeded to carrying on with what I was doing. Before I entered back into RP. I needed to move my car from spawn. So I decided to remove it with a gun. So I dont break the rules with prop abusing, so I don't have anything blocking spawn. But whatever I had done there. I believe I would have been warned. So I try doing good, doesn't work out. Seems like the servers trolls get treat better than us that actually care about the community.

Sometimes there's exceptions for accidentally pulling a gun out as the wrong job but this time it isn't, as you did it to destroy your car and had full intentions of doing so.

I understand you didn't meant to but sadly that still is against the rules.
A nice idea would've been to get someone else to remove it or change jobs and get out a gun.

Hell I'm sure if you made an F1 an admin would've helped you remove it.
