I've seen in plenty of other cases recently that the player is "let off" from getting a warning because they were just messing about with their friends which is what was happening here. Not sure why the same logic of "just messing about" can't be applied.

It's ridiculous he froze you and allowed you to get stun stick abused like that, Latram could have dealt with the situation more efficiently without a doubt.

I agree with Lit here. The situation could have been dealt in a more professional and efficient way, such as, taking chroma AWAY from the rp area(Road or bases for example) and on to a roof, instead of leaving him to be stun sticked, further more i would like to ask the question of WHY chroma was left frozen on numerous occasions in the video.

The final thing i want to bring up from the video is. The cop was attempting to arrest chroma in a sit, but could not due to chroma being frozen, I would also say the situation was bias, due to the fact of Chroma being accused of RDM, when it is clear the cop was trying to Arrest him, and if it is true that the cop was in TS with the Admin, then i would personally say it was favouritism.
