Name - What is your ingame name? Cherry
STEAM-ID - What is your STEAM-ID? Can't find it
Admins name - Who banned you/who might it be? Para
Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? Hacking
Server - What server did you get banned from? perm
Time - How long were you banned for? perm
Story - What happend? I used a hack and when I got confronted with it I timed out, but yes, I admit that I used a hack.
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? paras video
Extra information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban. I will never do it again, I actually want to help the server out again. I'm sorry for doing this, also I feel kind of bad for not getting a second chance.

I just want to play again so badly

With para I had a talk, not because of this, but of other things, I'd like to keep this private, I hope Para respects this.
If he pleases so he can talk with me, but he knows what I've said before, I can enlighten that if he wants too.

I have spoken to the admin who has banned you and came to the following conclusion.

Conclusion

I've spoken to Paramontana while he has spoken with Max, Tyler, Captin, and Morgan. We all feel like you need time to think about your actions and how you can over come racism, lying, hacking, stealing server files, harassment, attempted to crash the server. appalling attitude. Are only a few of the things listed of what you have done to the community and to our services. We feel like you should still be banned and you can appeal in 1 month time for another chat to weather or not you should be un-banned or not. Your actions prior towards all of this stuff has happened has considered us to not let you play on our services yet.
