Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned?
RDM in the last 60 seconds before the update and I was then frozen and dead with about 30 seconds before the update commenced and so I disconnected because obviously, I couldn't respawn move or do anything and the server was about to go down anyway, so I left the server.

I was then banned for RDM - LTAP

Story - What happend?
As I stated in my previous thread, it was nearing the end of the server update with around one minute to go there was a lot of mess about random deathmatches in spawn and so I joined in, killing friends and only friends who I was in TeamSpeak with and the server had about thirty seconds as I was frozen before the update was about to occur so I just disconnected because obviously the server was about to crash and I was frozen and dead anyway so I couldn't respawn or move.

Then, I made an appeal about the matter and it was instantly declined for some reason even though every single other person who took part in the death-match was granted an unban. I tried to get in contact with Brandify by steam but I assumed he didn't accept and so, I messaged him on my alternative account in-game to ask him if we could discuss my ban for two to three minutes and approached him in an extremely kind matter. He then responded when he teleported to me that I was ban evading and he was going to permanently ban me even though all I was trying to do was get in contact with Brandify since I thought discussing my ban may habve him unban me because of the new update and all.

I just really think this is completely out of order and my ban should most certainly not be a permanent ban when it is perfectly clear that I was not trying to ban evade here at all, I was simply trying to get in contact with the Administrator who had banned me for my deathmatch and leaving to avoid discussion about my offence. I was simply trying to get back in contact with Brandify and discuss my ban and see where we could take it from there.

I have been a player on this server for over a year now and to me, I think this is an extremely harsh punishment for a player who has been dedicated to the server for this long.

As stated in my story, it's pretty clear that I was not attempting to ban evade here, I was just trying to discuss my ban with Brandify because I thought it was harsh.

Extra information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban.

Please can multiple staff members review this case as I believe that this punishment by Brandify is too harsh for the matter at hand and a different staff members opinion would be much appreciated.
