Story - So today Within server 1 I got warned by richard for RDM, Now this is kinda valid but within my screen I got shot by him/someone else. after I shot this user I got instantly frozen and then about 10 seconds later a warn for RDM. After I had said they had broken nlr Within the timer i had been then told by richard they were fine as it had been 4 minutes after the I had killed them, Then while getting the warn the person who was reporting this went and raided by base once again breaking the raid timer and after me telling richard the reason for there last death and why i thought they were breaking nlr he ignores that and then goes on, they broke the raid timer by 6 minutes and also richard let him out of a sit when i was still in it trying to understand what I had done wrong.

In the long run I Find the whole situation very sided as I was shot on my screen and then warned for rdm. then getting raided while in a sit by the guy who reported me so nothing. as I killed him i was instantly frozen and then like i said warned.
It was almost like they were friends planning to get my money.

Proof - No Screenshots But Richard was so called watching me.
Extra information - I think this is a unfair warn as richard should have kept the users in the sit to talk the whole reason out and not jump to conclusions as they did.

I've spoken with Richard and he claims a player drove up into the tunnel to new district. After this, he claims you killed him and when confronted your defense for your actions were that he was breaking NLR. New Life Rule, is a rule. Random Death Match is killing for no valid RP-Reason. Killing someone because they broke a rule isn't how it should have happened, you should have made an F1 and had a staff deal with the rulebreak, not your weapon.

Come to find out, Richard said he had checked the logs and there was a four minute gap between their deaths meaning no NLR had occurred. Richard stated you didn't drop health at any point of the situation as he was spectating you.

He stated that you came to him later and claimed the sit was one sided due to the face that they broke raid timer, when asked why you hadn't reported it sooner he said that you said you were too angry with the warning and hadn't noticed.

The warning was fair.
