Name - Jim_Jam

Admins name - Paramontana

Reason - Doesn't like me (TOU , chat spam , poke spam, impersonation)

Server - TS3

Time - A month. A whole fucking month

Story - So I joined TS casually and went into his channel and said hello. Then the first thing he said to me is you should be banned. He then accused me of using a VPN (whatever that is). I then begged him to not ban me and said a naughty word. I then spammed so no one would see it (xD). He then said he is going to ban me for a month so I poked him 12 times (spam poke) knowing that I can't do anything to stop him from banning me for a month. I also changed my name to SaraAnneexo (Go and follow her on twitch (here)) as free advertising (which she also seemed ok with as she said thanks for the free advertising). So basically by ban got extended from 4 days to 1 month just because of chat spam (and been disliked by para).

Proof - Can't record TS so no

Extra information - I understand that my ban shouldn't be completely removed but I think it should be shortened.

Okay first of all can I ask you please edit your first post rather than post 3. I would not say the same if you was banned Jim Jam has truly been showing a terrible attitude towards the community recently I don't just say that to anybodys who is banned.

I've spoken with Para, here's a detailed consensus on why you were banned.

Bans

I've heard about this, as have multiple other people, you've been banned a lot recently. Twice by Para, then by Luan and Max. I wonder how many bans would it take for you to learn your lesson in how to treat others fairly and respectively, and at least show some respect and regard for the Terms of Use.

Attitude

Your attitude recently has been nothing but disrespectful and malicious. You're told not to do something, then do the same and punished for it recently whilst you were teamspeak staff. It was overall hypocritical and immature, but we can bring up much more than this. Along with your bans, they've all been pretty much - "I knew this rule, I broke it for x y and z, oh and it wasn't my fault!" You need to man up and admit to your mistakes and malicious comments made towards a a plethora of members.

Mines and Para's discussion

I've spoken with Para, and he explained to me that even before he considered banning you he let you know that you still had four days left on your ban and that the ban delivered by Max must have been altered accidentally. After this, you changed your name to "SarahAnne" and continued to chat spam, poke spam, with a malicious intent and only to cause trouble which seems to have been the only thing you've done recently.

With all of this in mind, It's obvious and much more apparent that you're showing your true colors within these past few weeks with your disgusting actions and disregard for the members and community itself. Me and Para feel a month ban is perfectly fine for your actions, as well as the countless past bans for similar situations and scenarios haven't seemed to do anything for you.

What you need to take away from this.

Your actions have consequences, I shouldn't have to tell this to a guy that's nearly 18 years of age. You need to own up to your actions, stop pulling shit like this and attempting to troll others. It's immature, not funny, and totally not acceptable. Take this month to look over your recent attitude, actions, and behavior on not just the teamspeak server but the community as a whole before you get yourself removed permanently.
