TOPIC: SSRP Unwarn Appeal

Story - What happened? So Helari and R-Flex were raiding our base and I got killed. So I wait out my nlr and go back. We had already repasted because they hadn't responded and just after we did R-Flex said the raid wasn't over yet so. I saw him standing in front of the base and since he aknowledged that he was raiding us I killed him. John Cenaaa saw this and he instantly warned me without letting me defend myself or explaining even the smallest bit. I'm just plain pissed off since this has been my 1st warn in I think more than a year and it was invalid in my eyes.
EDIT : The "sit" (I didnt know for shit that it was a sit I thought they were both raiding) was on a road so I couldn't have known John should have taken him to a roof.
Proof? N/A I wasn't recording...

No this is wrong i was in a sit with r-flex and you got mad at him becasue he said shut up because we were in a sit and you killed him

If the story is true this warning is invalid, Ive seen John moderating and its really unprofessional.

Lol we were raiding and after 5 secs u repasted and then i was in a sit and u say i was raiding? It was clearly a sit what are u talking about? +You had repasted so if this doesnt count as "RDM" legacy has to get warned for repasting during a raid.

John Cenaaa do you not know your own rules? When someones NLR is over they can come back to defend lol......

Also , you warned him without his side of the story.R-Flex kept saying raid is not over so Shark killed him , then you warn him for RDM. He had a valid reason to kill him. and then you warned Michael without any evidence of NLR because Helari made the F1, and then you try to verbally warn me in OOC without taking me to a sit lol..... You also didn't deal with the disrespect they were saying , R-Flex kept telling everyone in OOC to shut up and you did NOTHING.

I made a f1 about them repasting during a raid and he killed me during that sit.

Then why was he warned for RDM instead of RDM in a sit?

Why did he kill me when i clearly was in a sit? And if he though i was raiding why didnt u remove the dupe after u repasted?
