Story - What happend? So basically, the gang were just chilling. A-TEAM is a small gang so members are close to each other, we always have jokes. I said a racist thing in gang chat which was utterly unacceptable.
Anyways, I knew that this was wrong, but in a different view, it wasn't. There's admins in our gang, I'm not blaming anyone, but it would of been nice for some guidelines to tell me that it wasn't allowed. I accept that it was my mistake, but only when I got told that it wasn't allowed, I was pulled up by B4N, and he told me that Racism wasn't allowed in gang chat, despite this, he ended up warning me. This wasn't the first occasion when I said a slur similar, so I thought to myself, why would it actually be wrong, if I'm not getting told to stop, if it's in gang chat then who is it harming? No one's RP, It's not directed towards anyone, it's just a joke around. Later on, prior to the warn, Max pulled me up for the exact same thing that I was warned for except Max banned me. I accept that mistake, but what Max explained to me was that it was under the TOU which I never considered at the time. Putting this all behind me, I've learn't what I did wrong and I will accept that I got punished for it and it won't happen again.
Apology time
Max - I'm sorry that you and others staff members have had complaints about me, my behaviour recently is appauling, it will not happen again. By taken these days off by being banned, its given me time to think about my attitude and the way I conduct myself. I should be more respectful to the staff members but also the users a lot more and just consider consequences or how others may feel. I understand that racism is something taken heavily, and knuckled down for, therefore, I will not be racist on the ZARP servers again.
Tyler Durden - We go along way back, we've always held grugdes against one another but I'm prepared to make a promise to you that I will not contact you again, I will not interfer with your duty or do anything that may jeperdise my time here at ZARP. I am sorry for the way I acted, towards you and throughout sit's. I realised that I should be more mature in the way I do things. Again, I apologise.
ParaMontana - Same thing for you, I'm sorry that I broke that promise that I said I would change, it just hasn't happened. Although, during the time that I was banned, It has gave me time to realise that it's not anyone else to blame except myself. I use to harrass, give you lots of grief but in reality, you're helping us. You don't get paid for it, you do it because of a vocation. I am truly sorry that I and the others members of staff have had to put up with me, I will make that change that I promised and be like I was before, not a nuisance.

Extra information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban. I'd just like to take this opportunity to apologise across the board of ZARP for anything I have done wrong, I am truly sorry. This community means a lot to me, I know I haven't showed that but it really does. I've got exams which means you won't see me a lot, yay!
