Story - What happend? So basically, the gang were just chilling. A-TEAM is a small gang so members are close to each other, we always have jokes. I said a racist thing in gang chat - Paki Bastard as in shop keeper. OPEN AT DISCRETION AT WHAT IT IS anyways, it was also kind of racist, I understand. But before, I had the decency to ask Jetzy if it was allowed, he said no, you'll get a warn for it probably and its not suggested. Here is what I did, I put it in chat and then para, max and tyler were spectating me, they pulled me up, I didn't listen to Jetzy, when I should of. I thought to myself, its in gang chat so whats the problem, we are all close friends so they all take a joke, whats wrong with it? I didn't realise I was interrupting RP or hurting anyone as I never was racist towards ANYONE in the gang chat, I would just say it randomly, unless ofc its herm But apparently its under the TOU of zarp so yeah, i got banned and i'm sorry. I've apologised to para already, i told him I would change but I just haven't, I've left him alone, I don't want to be involved with him because something bad would of happened. I'm sorry to you Tyler and Max

I have forced Nade to make an appeal because I know that is not a ban reason,racism in gang chat, I have talked with an owner before I really dont remember who it was he said "If there is no one can get offended in your gang he can type it" since it was a private chat and there was no one would get offended that I am thinking that was an unvalid ban its too ridicilous he didn't type it in OOC or something he typed it in gang chat and none of us got offended. I saw someone making stuff outside the map they didnt get banned they just got told by that admin, I saw people calling other people the n word they didnt get banned, I used a racist word ingame(well i tought i was using my ts push to talk) but I just got only warned and Tyler was also there, saying something racist in gang chat or a joke it should not be a ban reason he should be warned about it and spoken about it instead of a ban I also don't see the thing he said was too offensive since there was no person from Pakistan in our gang and he also didn't use it to be against Paki people.

I think he should be warned instead of a ban

What about the homophobic and racist remarks you made other than the one mentioned in here? Or how about the warning you were given a few minutes before you continued to make these remarks?

Max and I have discussed this, you were being Homophobic and Racist and I specifically remember you telling me you and this idiotic behavior would stop weeks ago. You haven't changed, and you were warned multiple times to stop.
