Story:
Firstly I will admit that I killed they guy, but he kept following me and consistently broke NLR, surely you are meant to leave the area once killed? and surely killing him because he was a nuisance ultimately leads down to a warning? He kept taunting me into doing this and clearly wanted it to happen.
Secondly, Mass RDM? I only killed him as well as a cop, which was once in fear of arrest.
Finally, In the video below I clearly tell him to leave me alone, which he does not.

Extra information:
I was already spoken to by a mod/admin, and I am pretty sure that I was warned as well. I cant remember the name of the staff member, but I am pretty sure it was an admin.

First proof shows you RDMing. Even if he followed you and talked to you and stuff, you killed him without doing /me. Therefore you killed him without a RP reason, as harassment does not give a reason to kill, maximum is a shot to scare him off. If someone is breaking NLR , use F1 instead of killing him so he gets spoken to instead of just killing him. Also as people have stated you have to use /me to threaten someone and kill them. what he is suggesting is that technically you instantly break NLR upon spawning, as you died in that area and are spawning back in it, and he's not wrong.
Also, do you just lie down and let yourself die if someone's mass RDMing you in spawn while you have NLR, which resets the NLR timer, essentially extending the period of time in which you can't do anything endlessly?
