Admins name - Who banned you/who might it be? Morgan
Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? Using an alternative account when banned from the server
Server - What server did you get banned from? ts.zarpgaming.com (Team Speak 3 Server)
Time - How long were you banned for? Permanently [For ever]
Story - Went on with an alt account when I was banned from the server
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? I do not have any proof
Extra information - It has been a long time since I was banned - I think that I have the sufficient time and I have learnt my lesson for the ban, I will not go on another alternative account again, I am very sorry for my actions
