Time - Just warning
Story - Well i spawnd i ran off and i equipped a gun i forgot that i was a citizen as a ex admin i knew that wasn't allowed but like i would never break that rule thanks
Proof - -No proof just hope
Extra information - like i thought it was little harsh to get a warning for that since i didn't shoot it like this post that was a minior rule broken there like Emp said New Ethos

The aim of moderation on the server is to improve the experience for people, not to interrupt people’s roleplay when it’s not necessary. Staff are there to have fun and to help others have fun too not to ban and warn everyone who breaks minor rules that have little effect on the server. Wherever possible use powers such as mute, freeze and jail instead of banning and kicking.

Let's not try and get yourself out of this one. You still broke a rule, you deserve the warn.

Yes, you are correct that the staff member should talk to you instead of warning, but your attempt at getting the warning removed is silly and unrequired. The body of text you given in your appeal, is advice to the staff. It's not a rule that has been implemented. So I suggest you should really think before you do anything else.
