Name - Sonzy.

Admins name - Jim Jam.

Reason - "Constant Disrespect"

Server - Deathrun Server 1.

Time - 1440 Minuites, 1 Day.

Story - I was playing deathrun earlier, and there was a massive rulebreaker online who was constantly disrespecting, death avoiding and much more. There was a few staff online, and all of them were not AFK. They chose to ignore the fact he was breaking rules. I called Jim out, and he still chose to completely ignore the fact that he was breaking rules. I was annoyed, and started saying that he was bad staff as the dude continued disrespecting me, while Jim chose to ignore it. After a while, he muted me with the reason "Enough", with no warning at all. After a while, i was unmuted but then logged off as i was annoyed with the way he had treated the situation. Later in the day, my friends were with him again, and he chose to gag + mute my friend, itzryzo. I came online, to see him gag my other friend for "ghosting" with no warning, just because he said while he was dead, "its right all the way". I called him out again, and i admit that i disrespected him here. He gagged me, and warned me. Then i said i was going to report him, so he banned me for a day for constant disrespect. All i have said to him is that he is bad staff a lot, and this is due to the fact he chose to ignore all rule breakers.

, You can see in this image the sheer time it took me to get gagged with no ask to stop or anything. The yellow is me just logging into the server.

Extra information - I do not appreciate the way Jim dealt with the situation at all, it felt like he did not care remotely, and banned me like it was some sort of joke.

Since when were witnesses valid proof?

There's no proof here that Jim Jam banned you unjustly, the only evidence you provided Sonzy was the console logs of you being gagged shortly after joining. For all we know, you could have joined the server shouting insults at people.

I spoke with Jim Jam and he assured me that you were disrespectful, he told me that it happened. In addition you have no evidence, we see that Jim Jam gag you.
