Reason - My brother and i share an account and he most likely came on to the server and got us banned. Yes, he is the one in the class who pulls girls hair and sniffs glue.
Server - Darkrp
Time - Permanent
Story - Not sure, i think he just wanted to be annoying once again and went on a killing spree
Proof - Ella might have screenshots of him, but i think he is not an admin anymore.
Extra information - I am sorry for my brothers act, but he is missing a few bolts in is head.

Ella is still admin and on the last appeal you said he went on your account?

Yep, i have told him not to but since he is not the sharpest tool in the box he did it anyway.
