I have spoken with the admin who banned you and came to the following conclusion

Allright so as you and me both know your past is not gonna support you here. Right before you left the zarp staff team you decided to abuse your powers and started tping the entire server it took you for ever to gain trust back and get your self unbanned. This ban was a community ban (( proof of you being unbanned from the community can be found here in this link zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/10-announ...-15-halloween-update , last comment on second page will confirm that it was you that got uncommunity banned.
After gaining trust with the community again you decided to hack and use speed hack. After you got banned you decided to switch servers and continue hacking over there this is officialy concidered ban evading and hacking for a second time. We believe that you no longer have or will get a place in our ssrp server any time soon
You currently remain banned but We want you to re read the rules to prevent
this from happening again
