TOPIC: Banned by admin:Lance Corporal Aidan for no reason

Reason:he said that i broke NLR

Story:so i was walking around and the admin : Lance Corporal Aidan came to me and said that i broke NLR. i said i didn't, so he copied a message from his console saying: SWAGBLADE was killed by Lance Corporal Aidan with a m9k_m4a1. he did kill me and i respawned. and said that he'll ban me. and banned me right away.
Proof:i have no proof but my friends in the server saw the ban message and my friend talked to another admin ( jordan johnston) and that admin told him that i should make an unban appeal although i DIDN'T DO ANYTHING
Extra information:what i need to is: Me getting killed by someone while my NLR timer is running is considered breaking NLR. i though breaking NLR is when i kill someone while the NLR timer is running -_- , 1 thing : actualy if i did broke NLR then atleast i should get warned not banned right away

NLR is when you get killed and you can't remember anything that happened in your last life and can't go back to the district you died for 3 minutes.In this case,you broke NLR if you were walking in the same district you died.

If you just went into the district you shouldn't get banned for it. You should just get talked to and possibly receive a warning.

yes i just went into the district.
OH i forgot something: he also wrote in the ban reason that i was banned for lying on the staff.
i mean because i walked in the same district and it was breaking NLR and i didn't know so i said to him : no i didn't break the NLR. so he thought i was lying at him

M8 i wasn't actualy lying it doesn't count if i didn't know that walking in the same district is breaking NLR. he should've told me that i broke NLR by walking in the same district ,right?

But if he didnt know what nlr is, he should be told about the rules, instead of receiving a ban. Thats just my opinion. Then again I cant say if he didn't.

Remember to always read the rules when joining a server, or else you might run into problems like in this case.

Also, stop saying you didn't do it and get actual proof. Witnesses don't count, btw.

what you mean its final. what if the admin is 8 years old? atleast i should've been warned.

Hey SWAGBLADE I previously spoke to you about NLR. I happened to have come across you plants and raided you. You came back to the same district and when I spoke to you about it you started lying to me by saying you never died there. In my opinion I explained NLR pretty well to you. You would have received another warning if you didn't lie to me.
Feel free to make your verdict of this

First of all that wasn't my plants
Second of all: i didn't say : i never died there , i said : that i didn't break the NLR (knowing that i didn't know that getting back to the district i was killed in is sort of breaking the NLR)

The ban is over in an hour, just wait out the ban and don't break the rules, you won't get warned or banned next time.
