Story - What happend? I was saying in the chat I love niger the country but Jordan assumed I meant the n word even though there are 2 different spellings and in his head because two words look the same they are one word.
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened?Nope

Btw I used the ban appeal changed words to warn so somethings may beeee missing.

Who in their right mind wouldn't associate what you said with the Derogatory N word?

I've talked with Jordan and we've come to the conclusion that you shouldn't be unwarned.

You lied in your appeal, you did say the actual N word, and you must have just said "Niger" in addition in OOC. You're just trying to twist things to go into your favor. If someone has an inappropriate/racist name make an f1 about it and let a staff member handle it.
If you try to twist information in your appeal I'll extend your ban if it's a ban request or give you an extra warning if it's an unwarn request.
