Reason - Warned twice for NLR + Disrespect

Story - I was in spawn, I got RDM'ed by Sam the Sausage, after I respawned him and his friends tried to kill me again probably because I was a cop and they were wanted. They tried killing me before I even had a chance to move after respawn, I responded by arresting sam. He then Made an F1 saying I broke NLR. I was taken to a sit with No One who from the screenshots you can clearly see had no insterest in hearing my side of the story and instantly warned me before I could say anything, as you see by my reaction "what the fuck".

The member of staff then went on to warn me again when I asked him a simple question "are you stupid?" after stating that I can't respawn anywhere else and they tried to kill me the second I respawned.

No One very obviously had no interest in hearing my side of the story so I made an F1 and spoke to 2 other admins who agreed that from what I told them I hadn't broke any rules but they couldn't do anything and I'd have to make a forum appeal.

Screenshots from the sit showing No One warned me without listening to my side of the story and without having any evidence against me. Surely listening to both sides of the story and looking at all the evidence before making a decision is part of staff training?

I killed you because you stunsticked me randomly in spawn, then proceeded to do it again to me and Hoi so we killed you. Then you called No One an idiot, which is a valid reason to be warned for disrespect. And BTW, where is the video you said you had of us "RDMing"?

Now your attitude was appeared as disrespectful but the warning wasn't really necessary if you were claimed to be stun stick abusing without proof and you got killed over and over again in spawn and arrested them for doing it I can see an acception for you to be Verbally warned but technically if you got killed and went and arrested him it is still NLR you do not break NLR to stop another rule breaker and I don't agree with the way this was handled (in my opinion a warning was not needed because they claimed you stun stick abused and they killed you and then you arrested them by the logs it would appear as you broke NLR Technically you did but either way it wasn't needed. The warning will not be removed as it is valid but I do think that it should of been a verbal warning.

I will wait until no one comes back to deal with this I attempted contact him but he was afk ill wait until he comes back to officially deal with this.

My issue is that if the sit had been handled properly and No One made an effort to listen to both sides of the story before just warning me neither warnings would have given as it was my word against his with no evidence provided for either side.

I have spoken with The admin who warned you.

He told me you came back to the same district after you died and interacted with it. This is Considered NLR.

You were also disrespect full for calling him Stupid. Even though this was a minor form of disrespect its still a rule break.
