Just wait sometimes it takes a while to go through the system since zarp has two deathrun server's and the one you tried to join hasent been restarted since he-man unbanned you and when he unbanned you he was on the other deathrun server.
What I mean is you might have been trying to join server 1 after being unbanned by he-man but he-man unbanned you while he was on server 2 and when you get banned or unbanned from server 1 it transers over to server 2 when it restarts so I am guessing you tried to join the server that wasn't restarted since he-man unbanned you when he unbanned you on the other server so the ban is still active on the server you tried to join until the restart
