Time - perma
Story - My brother showed me him being garry by this dll on our shared pc and after he showed me i asked if he could revert the changes he made back and he said yeah sure(that was about a week ago). So i logged on today seeing the chat light up with the achievment yes im the real garry, i didnt realize it at first and after that i went and got my brother up here to fix it then i saw i was tped i tryed to explain and i got banned.
Proof - Sorry no proof it was irl
Extra information - I will understand if i dont get unbanned.

Also here is the rule i broke

1.4 Client Side Modification (hacking) - Do not attempt to modify your client to gain an advantage on our server. This includes, but isn't limited to: hacks and scripts. ( You're allowed to Autoclick when you're mining but you should not be gone for long periods of time as you still can be killed : Admins You need to make sure you are not killed and picking people up )

While this technically DOES count as hacking, you haven't actually tried to hack in certain blacklisted items, money, using an esp etc. so I wouldn't say that a perma ban was necessary, although, regardless of those facts, you WERE hacking, even if you didn't realise, so I believe that even if it isn't a perma ban, a ban should still stay on you, for, I don't know, a week? I'm not a staff member, however, so I can't say for sure whether the ban should be made temporary or revoked to be honest, and this is all up to general doombringer, so you could stay perma banned if he feels you deserved that ban.

As far as spoofing IDs go you could be causing serious issues. Not only are you making it hard to find and punish you but you might be causing people to punish others when trying to punish you. If you want to remove the exploit remove your gmod folder and install the game again.

Denied, We will not accept that it was for anything other than to cause harm in the community. You would have no reason to spoof your steam id other than for malicious reasons ( intending or intended to do harm. ) You can appeal in a couple weeks when things have calmed down and you have decided if you want to actually be apart of this community. I also recommend you stop your brother from doing anything to do with your account because in the end you're still responsible for it.

I'm also pretty sure its not allowed as stated in Garry's Mod TOU
