TOPIC: Insta banned with no warns

Now, while I partially understand why I was banned, I'm not sure why I was given no warns about it, or why my ban time was so unreasonable. 1 or 2 days, I can understand. 3 days - 5 days, pushing it but still, ok. 6+days is too much, especially for 4 kills. Some 'mass rdmmers' have killed more than 10 people, and got a 7 day ban. I'm not sure how broad the term 'mass rdm' is, but I'd imagine 6 or more kills would count as mass rdm, whereas less than 6 would just count as rdm, and deserve a warn.
I apologise to anyone I killed, I was not thinking when I rdm'd and I was 'having a laugh' at the time, not taking into account the potential consequences such as a ban. I expected a warn at most, and have only received 2 warns prior, neither were related to RDM, so being banned was both unexpected, and, in my opinion, a little bit over the top, especially for 7 days without any prior warns.

You're the guy that was camping on the roof of the car dealership and shooting people. I asked you why you were RDMing and you said "IDK I was bored". From what I remember you had RDM'ed a very large amount of players using an AW50 before being killed.

From what I recall, I only killed 4 players. If I did kill more than 6 before being killed, then I understand my ban, however, if you had at least warned me first, and if I continued to rdm, then got banned, this appeal wouldn't be here in the first place. As for 'idk I was bored' look back through my post and you'll see, I clearly stated 'I was 'having a laugh' at the time, not taking into account the potential consequences such as a ban.'. I will request that my ban be shortened to 4 days, because 7 day ban without a warn is excessive and unnecessary.

Oh, and you're the admin that banned Chair? Wow, that was an excessive ban. I don't know the details, but from how Chair described it, a 7 day ban was far too much for him. good to know some admins just hand out 7 day bans to anyone who they get annoyed with.

I was on at the time and you did not kill 4 players, I got slaughterd at least 3 times so I suggest you wait out your ban and face to consequences. A warn doesn't really come to Mass RDM'ers so they will normally ban you for a certain amount of time, if you only did 1 RDM for example it would execute in a warn.

For the record, admins are not required to warn someone before banning them. If anyone wants to accept or deny this appeal you can do so based on this post. This player killed far more people than he is admitting in his appeal. He also wasn't instantly banned out of the blue. He was banned after I teleported asking him why he was RDMing he reaponded saying it was due to him being bored, this was when he was banned.

I have spoken to Tyler and we have come to a decision that you had no intention of roleplaying at all, and I have been told you killed more people than you said you had. Here's a little tip: if your bored, read the rules and look at what you shouldn't be doing rather than sniping everyone on the map.

Unluckily for you, you're just one of a large group of people who got banned by him without being spoken to or without him making any effort to do his job.

He also has an extreme tendency to exaggerate, everything is "mass" to him.
