Story - So I was going to pick my friend up from the bank and everyone was in the street, I tried my best to avoid the people in the road and some guy (Fardin Cardin) Tried to kill me, I backed up because I was going to try to drive away so I wouldn't die and Adian TP's me out, brings me to a roof and then says Why did you try to CDM. He doesn't even WARN me for CDM so I say "this is abusive right now" and he told me to stop, then when he said he would be warning me I said to him, abuse, abuse, abuse, abuse. Then the ban screen, Banned for A WEEK for IC Chat spam and CDM and disrespect. I cant even believe this happened. I hope that someone reads this and looks it over thoroughly.

Well it was maybe a little bit much but then I wonder why you didn't just co-operate and didn't start spamming abuse in chat which it wasn't.

EDIT: I also think you are not telling everything that happened because I know Aidan and he wouldn't warn you for a week for simply spamming abuse.

I have discussed the matter of your ban with Aidan. You were warned previously by Aidan for disrespecting. He felt you didn't learn your lesson after the incident you describe and thus he banned you. After discussion, we have decided to shorten your ban to 48 hours, because you have put the effort into appealing. However, a ban is needed so you can reflect on your conduct towards staff.

Look on the bright side, at least you'll be unbanned by Christmas!
