Extra information - i think that if i did anything wrong then i should have just had a verbal first not a straight up warn thats personally what i think instead of a straight up warn and then just sending me off without telling me how it was a false demote ETC.

i will admit when i was tped and frozen i was a bit of a dick how i was speaking but yeah.
