TOPIC: Falsely Banned.

Reason - to quote the ban "Extreme amount of racist and offensive content"
Server - Zarp 1
Time - Permanent
Story - I had been Mayor on the server for almost 2 hours when I was taken to a sit with Tyler who accused me of being racist, when I asked a number of times what I was being racist about he brought the law board over. I told him I'd been playing with at least 2 or 3 admins + mods and none of them had an issue with it, his reply was "they werent doing their job, you're getting banned". I then asked him to point out the issues so I can edit them, he refused to make any kind of comment, refused to speak to me even though I asked a number of times, overall just very poor sit from an obviously very young member of staff. If he had an issue why not explain to me the issue and give me a change to change it.

Also I'd like to point out the fact that there was nothing disrespectful and definitely nothing racist which is why no other member of staff said anything about the laws other than laugh about them.

Not sure what someone who can't talk to people or explain himself is doing in a staff position.

You've actually just proved you lied on the ban. Yes you could stretch some of that to be "disrespect" but there's nothing even close to racism there.

Rape is legal and kicking ginger people may be classed as disrespect but if you were intelligent enough to talk to me about it and listen to me I actually offered to change them.

The fact you lied in your ban saying I was racist and still cannot come up with any response to that shows you have no idea what you were doing and abused your position as staff.

Previous bans are irrelevant, there are currently Zarp staff who have had bans but that does not give you reason to ban them again.

I'll repeat my initial post, I have no idea how someone unwilling to talk or explain themselves got a staff position but the fact none of your replies even come close to revealing why a permanent ban was given by you when every other member of staff had no issues proves my point.

Also "antisemitism" would imply I have in some way been hostile towards Jewish people on the server which clearly I have not.

You went from Permanent to 2 weeks. I don't think you'll get any lower. Just wait your ban out and be grateful it was lowered to 2 weeks and not kept permanent.

Staff can be any age, you discriminating for your down fall just makes you look even worse. Try re-appealing in a week and see if it can get reduced again, but I suggest you fix the attitude problem.
