TOPIC: [TS3 Appeal] (Denied)

Story - What happend? So this guy named "matthewdurbinmonday1998" starts coming in our channel mic spamming playing songs in the minecraft channel (Which is not allowed because it isn't the music channel and we got annoyed so we left and went to a different channel, the people in the channel with me was Cozey Games, officer noodles and "matthewdurbinmonday1998". He started talking crap to Cozey Games about his voice being "High" and calling him a squeaker and a little kid. I got annoyed and poked morgan that he was following us and mic spamming (<19:51:08> You poked "Morgan" with message: Hes disrespecting) There are a lot of kids in this community including me and its not very fun to be called a squeaker and he was just plane out trolling us he started continuing to disrespect him so I said can you just shut the fuck up and morgan banned me for Disrespect for a hour which I think is just dumb because im just sticking up for someone who is being picked on by some random person we don't know.

Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? Not really no but im pretty sure morgan knows it was unneeded.
Extra information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban. I am not saying that I didn't disrespect but im saying that I think the ban was unneeded for so many reasons.

You went over the line and stooped to his level by disrespecting him, as a former Teamspeak Staff you should know how to handle yourself in situations like these. The ban was only an hour.

I have talked to Morgan we've decided to deny this appeal. You were rude to the other user involved that you claimed to be disrespecting and mic spamming. You shouldn't stoop to his level, be the better guy and hold back and you wouldn't have been punished.
