Reason - I dont know but i got warned for random demote

Story - Well i was afk for some time like 10mins or so and i came back warned no admin/mods spoke to me before or nothing well im hoping since i dont got any proof that the staff member that warned me accepts that he made a mistake so could someone speak to him and ask him why i got warnd ? thanks
