Story
Well, I was just going about my routine on the server. I just finished building a base, which I built ready to play with some friends in the future, but then I became quite bored so I decided to go back to spawn. I arrived at spawn to see these Hobo's building some kind of structure, I went to check it out (you will see in the video a hit got placed on me, but I wasn't aware of this at the time) and then this Gun Dealer came up to me and accused me of RDM. I explained to him that I was being chased down by a cop and that it was allowed, however while I was doing this I seemed to be losing Health. I turned once to see nothing was there and then I turned again to see this Hitman (named [OG] South) trying to kill me, so I shot him. I presumed that he was going to try and revenge kill me as I was quite close to the spawn, and, I was right! so I go up behind him and shoot him in the back, quite annoyed at what he did. Then this back and forth fire occurs. Finally an admin comes in on the situation and South just out-rightly lies saying he was just "claiming a hit" and I get banned for a week for something which, in my opinion, only deserved a warning at the most, considering both players were involved!

I do like that you provided proof, of you breaking NLR remembering the player who killed you, also did you forget to add your multiple kills on South? May I say over 10 kils; and we made you fully aware you had a hit on you but you where adamant that you never had a hit and was just being RDMed. It was very malicious that you target this player and killed him many of times during his RP, even breaking NLR to kill him, also vindictive that you'd pull out a gun and kill South. Lastly you state "South just out-rightly lies saying he was just "claiming a hit"" I believe not, seeing that the logs had full of evidence with a player placing a hit on your head. I am sorry for my rudeness but I am a bit annoyed that you ruined this players RP.

Ok, it looks like everyone is being lazy and just watching the video, but not even doing that properly! Can you not see him trying to kill me, and succeeding? based on this video i think 1 week is a decent ban. Since you did just spawn camp the guy, and when he finally killed you, you just killed him again and then started spawn camping him again. 1 week fits fine! Denied -Lock please. Listen buddy. Him being punished is not something that we should discuss on here. That is for us to deal with, and yes he should get punished, and hopefully he was, cause he did break rules himself, but you gotta stop commenting on here. the appeal was denied Denied -Lock please.
