Story - What happend? I was walking down the street and I found a guy with over the top prices. I said "Woah dude this is overpriced" he replied by taking out a gun and shot me. I waited NLR and came back and asked him why he killed me. He then shot me again and went to spawn and atempted to rdm me again and again. But I shot back and he started called admin. I then was confronted by a fellow MS-13 member, and I was wanted. What did he do? Arrested me. I came back asked him why he then killed me again. His name is Ollie. That is off topic, The guy, Chip kept trying to kill me so I killed him again. While I was safe for a bit, I made an f1 and waited for a straight 30 minutes and no response. I hap to kill the guy multiple times more. Bartark, Without confronting me, perma banned me. I am so mad that I have spent over 60 dollars on this server just for it to be wasted on a permaban. rdm60? Really? I only killed him like 14 times. He has killed me many times before and NO admins I mean NO admins even did ANYTHING.
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? All I have is screenshots showing me killing him just in case he NLRed. Which he did.
Extra information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban. No exept I atleast want my money back if you guys dont unban me.

I'm going to guess he tried to ban you for an hour instead of a permanent ban.

I see you have an issue like many other's at the moment.

The admins are very busy at this time because of the Halloween event running at the moment there is (at times)
90/90 players server 1 and 60/90 players server 2 if not more so any server you join you will have to wait a while for your F1 to be looked at.

I can understand that you only killed him because he was coming for you but it's a big map with alot of places to hide so you could have run around for a bit n hidden in different places to avoid getting killed and killing.

If you do in fact have a perma ban because of your actions and the evidence the admin may have which differs from what your saying then a refund probably won't happen as you would/should have read all the rules before playing the server and they also come up on connecting to the server, so any rule breaks you make are worthy of punishment and getting money back for VIP or Booster Packs is not likely to happen as you should know the risks of your actions and would only have yourself to blame (if in fact it is you in the wrong here.)

Most likely an hour ban, the time was a mistake.

hello Sovereignty, im sure i had unbanned you last time and posted on your'e last unban request that i had unbanned you ill go back online and check via you're steam id if not i think i may have done it due to a different reason, i'm about to go to the shop as its late here and when i'm back i should be loaded into zarp1 as it takes me a while to load please be patient ill either re edit this post or comment again my decision


i have already come to the conclusion that i will accept your'e unban appeal and will be online to unban you in the next half hour it was a mistake and you was only supposed to be banned for a hour i can only apologize for the mistake i had made hope you can forgive me ='D
