TOPIC: Ban Appeal

Admins name - Who banned you/who might it be? Brandify
Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? RDM - attempting to spawn kill Disrespect towards the staff team.
Server - What server did you get banned from? ZARP DarkRP #1
Time - How long were you banned for? 3 days
Story - What happend? I was just playing and this guy, DeadPool im sure his name was, he came into my base and put a drug lab in my base, and put morphine in without a cooler, which, then exploded and destroyed my base. So, we both died and we both spawned, I said hey wtf was that for and he replied as "What? what are you talking about?" I said "Blowing up my base?" he then pulled out a colt python and attempted to rdm me. I shot back and won. Admin saw what was happening after i killed him twice after he harrased me (Admin didnt see that of course) he then brought me into a sit, said "Why did you spawn kill him" I then got mad and started screaming (now I know I shouldnt have done that) After, I did apologize for screaming and I stated I was just mad. He said "I dont care" and then banned me for 3 days after I started pleading him not to. Oh, also forgot to mention Brandify, DENIED witnesses as they were "Not usable as evidence" and "Not helpful".
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? Only witnesses
Extra information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban. Nope

The sit was originally handled by Kristofferson (Soxey6), He then asked me to assist him, once in the sit, the user in questions was being very defiant, we then had to mute you while you was speaking to us, because of your very disrespectful terms, I'll leave it up to who ever it is that views this appeal, but I cannot seeing going far as you have no evidence of the situation.

Ok, so I have spoke to the admin in question. I have denied you because you have no proof of the ban being invalid. Brandify is a very good decision maker and if he decided to ban you I think you should wait this out mostly to think about your actions in game. I will see you in 3 days, Thank you for playing Zarp.

Ok well you literally just said you are going with Bradify because he is a good decision maker. You are taking sides bud.

Also I just realized something. I may have just wasted 20 bucks because the admins take sides and there is no reason posting an appeal because they will deny it no matter what, I bet you guys have a box of excuses and pull one out when you need it.

For the future, Apple, witnesses are not valid proof for anything in this community. You can download a free recording software like Fraps, OBS, or others to record gameplay, since Screenshots (in some cases), and Video are valid evidence for rulebreaks/other instances you need proof for anything.
