TOPIC: Unban appeal

Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? For somethign I've already been punished for by Doombringer or been confirmed it's allowed.

Time - How long were you banned for? 1 week
Story - What happend? There was something going on between me and a SA, I asked him a few things if those were okay, he said it wasn't nice, but allowed. I've been verbal warned for one thing(never done it after) and I made a topic and those things were brought up and I got banned for it. But you can't punish for the same thing twice. Neither can old stuff be brought back up. Besides it has already been settled and that wasn't what was going on.
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? There's a topic around I believe
Extra information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban. There was some evidence of me talking and him not hearing me, I thought I was muted, long story short there was a bug at most.

Rule 1.2 never happened, I asked that specifically, it was okay, not nice at least.
Rule 1.6 Having a conversation throught he mix isn't spamming, also; why did only I got the ban for it then?
Rule 4.6 It was a simple box which never was a issue, why'd it be an issue all of a sudden?
I asked confirmation for all of these things and it was confirmed that it was okay to do.

About 'framing' him, no. Misunderstanding/bug, yes. Noone was able to hear me although the video shows I was talking.
