As I previously said many times, the admin chooses the punishment.

Prop-spamming can lead to server crashing/lag and I'm not surprised that you got banned for it.

After discussing your ban with Walk3r, we've decided to deny this appeal for now. You show no signs or remorse neither did you apologize for your actions. Propspamming is a serious offense which should be handled fast. The admin in cause had all the rights to ban you.
