As I haven't been able to get in contact with the admin that banned you, I'll deal with this myself.

Reviewing your appeal you don't sound very apologetic, nor will we demote a staff just because you don't like him. Appeal again once your forum ban is up, and put some more effort into your appeal. I also doubt Keith would ban for small things, so you must have done something pretty up there for a 10 week ban.
