Story- Me and Brother charlie we talking in the ooc and i told him to watch his family die in a house fire. He then banned me perma for death treats, i never threatened him or said i was going to do it therefore it was not a death treat.

Alright so this is what happened. (I have console screenshots for proof)

You said in OOC "brother charlie you are kool"
I said "thanks"
You then said "jks your gay"
I said "Dont disrespect"
You said "why its the truth"
I said "Its not nice to disrespect"
You said "its not nice to lie tho so your gay"
I warned you for Disrespect
Holly banker said "watch your mouth"
You said "watch your family die in a house fire"

I can see how people take this as a /not a death threat, But I personally feel it is.

That is nothing to do with this ban i got warned for that. The ban is about death threats not that and it is not a death threat.

Meaning of a death threat

I think a perm ban is harsh for this, but as Nutzu said you shouldn't be surprised by the ban after the things you said. I'll talk to Charlie about this and see if we can settle on a shorter ban time. Whilst waiting for the ban to be lifted or reduced I recommend that you read the rules in detail, as we do not accept this kind of behaviour on our servers.

I have spoken to Charlie about this and we have decided to reduce your ban to 1 week, whilst it wasn't a direct threat this is still a serious thing to say and I recommend that you take your time to think about how you'll behave once you're unbanned.

ACCEPTED, ban will be reduced to 1 week.
