Story - So I was citzin with a big gun I didnt know so the admin just told me to change job so i said ok cool no big deal, so i change into guard. Then he unfroze me. Then he said he will keep a close eye on me so i said ok, but there was no speech bubble when i was leaving. Then i went outside for a few seconds then he bring me back and said I was finished talking. And then he banned me for 2 day??? He wrote on my ban that I was trolling? And that i had a chance?? What??? I was so confused over the ban.

Extra information - I don't know whats going on

I'm thinking there's more to this story, This doesn't sound like Gems.

Hey buddy, I spoke with Gems and it seems that multiple times you were breaking the rules, gems spoke with you, told you what rules you were breaking, where you disputed over having a big gun as a citizen was a rule, where afterwards he told you to read the rules or you'd be punished. We've discussed this and we both agree that the ban should be reduced to 3 hours. Hopefully this will be a wake up call for you in the future to review the rules so you are not punished again, and to keep the server a safe environment for all players involved.
