Why lock a thread before it's done? it just becomes annoying.

Reason - "Mass RDM
Server - 1 Zarp
Time - Permanent
Story - I was a hitman, I was at first sniping people who had a hit on them which ofcourse made me wanted so I started sniping police who came after me and this gradually turned into sniping all police. I was taken to a sit with Wheatly where I was told I'd be getting a 1 week ban for mass rdm which I couldn't really argue with, I did go a bit overboard and kill a few cops who didnt really deserve it. I've just tried to log on to see how long I have left and it says my ban is now permanent and loads of other stuff has been added to it like "mass disrespect, racism, propblock" I have no idea where those came from as the ban was only supposed to be for mass rdm and I have no idea how it went from 1 week to permanent?

I agree that the 1 week for the RDM is a fair punishment but the other stuff that has now been added I have absolutely no idea about?! I can argue sometimes but mass disrespect and racism? absolutely no way I acted like that!

Could someone please look into this for me and find out how my ban changed from 1 week for mass rdm to permanent for things I haven't done. Thanks

So on the previous thread Morgan posted that Wheatly claims I was racist so I'm asking for Wheatly to provide details of what he claims I said and his evidence of me doing this because I know for a fact that there is no way in hell I was racist towards anyone.

I'm pretty sure, if the staff member witnessed you being racist to him, he doesn't need to provide proof for punishing you. Just because it's being brought up in a ban appeal doesn't mean he needs to provide proof, because that would go against the fact that if a staff member sees wrong-doing, he's going to punish the perpetrator.

Of course, any DarkRP staff- feel free to correct me, I just think it's way out of hand if the staff member suddenly needs to provide evidence even though he saw it first hand, and punished them himself.

Well if he did see me being racist which he didn't because I've never been racist in my life, why wasn't it in the original ban? Why was the original ban 1 week for RDM then he decided he would go back and change it adding things in that simply didnt happen?

If I was being racist to him surely he would have banned me for that instead of RDM would he not? That's why I'm asking for some sort of evidence because it simply did not happen and the fact he didn't ban me for it at first proves my point.

As I said I'm happy to accept the original 1 week ban for mass rdm, I can't argue with that because I did it. I think that they have locked it before things got worse or out of hand with the people commenting could go bad, if the staff member has been contacted and the ban gets lifted i suggest he/she fixes his behaviour and attitude noted racial discrimination in any way is against the rules and is not tolerated,

Wheatley is a good friend of mine and he is not one to make up ban reasons. If you where being disrespectful towards him and being racist which you probably where. This this ban is perfect for you.
