Reason - "Mass CDM" (I didnt do a "Mass" i accidently killed 2 people) And disrespectful.
Server - ZARP 1 DarkRP
Time - Permanent
Story - I was driving trough the City cuz i heard my base was being raided but the server was a really laggy so i accidently killed 2 people. My friend was playing something via mic i said he needed to stop. I think the admin saw me running the 2 people over so he picked me up to the roof, he immediatly wrote a Ban ticket, no warning, i didn't hear him talk nor saw him write in chat the reasons are Mass CDM but it wasnt a MASS and disrespectful cus when he wrote me a Ban Ticket without warning i was pretty mad and he didn't give me time to explain, So i was like: "Dude What the fuck? "I can explain!"

Proof - No.
Extra information - My friends and i play alot on the server, and it's really fun, so i Really want to be unbanned, and i don't think a Permanent ban is the right punishment for what i did.

That shouldn't be permanent because cdming two people is not mass cdm also if it is and you get banned for it the ALOT of staff need to be banned for mass cdm, my opinion banned needs to be taken down to maybe a few hours or fully removed

I don't think that we have an admin named "Wavy" someone must have been in incognito when they banned you.

So the Incog'd admin will have to come out and say that they banned him before I can talk to them and lessen/remove your ban.

Can't you ask someone that knows who is playing as someone named Wavy? Cuz i actually find it a bit abusive to just perma ban someone for that reason..

I'm surprised on how you lied in your appeal, it won't help you much bud, so i was walking around roleplaying as a swat in incognito then i saw a car launching at us and you mic spamming "Allahu Akbar", then you ran over 5 people, and was driving on the sidewalk where there were people, i picked you up right in time before you continued your rampage, after i picked your car up and took you to a roof and tp'd you, i explained to you that you mass cdmed and asked you why you were playing allahu akbar, your reply was: It's my own voice and not a soundtrack, after i told you i would ban you, you started screaming: HITLER DID NOTHING WRONG!, then i decided to change your ban to permanently instead of a one day ban, sadly i have no proof of this.

But it's up to whoever decides to talk to me that will change your ban.

I spoke to the Admin that banned you and he had this to say " he mass cdmd 4 people then continued on driving on the sidewalk where there were people, i picked his car in time before he continued his rampage, after i told him calmly that i would ban him for 2 days he started being disrespectful and started spamming: HITLER DID NOTHING WRONG! and so i changed his ban to perma. since he lied in his appeal i see no need for his ban to get lowered. he also kept playing the allahu akbar sound, tell him to re appeal in 2 weeks " so by the sounds of things you have been not such a nice person and i recommend next time you make an appeal you put on there why you want to play and an apology of some sort. Feel free to appeal again in two week and please don't lie on the next one because it won't help you out.
