TOPIC: Wrongly Banned (Cont..)

As I wasn't given a chance to respond to the previous topic before it was locked, I'll make my response here.

Here's the original post:


Oh so in the prvious topic Kevin post that I NLR 10 times and the ban stays, I don't agree with that at all as it's completely wrong.

Firstly it's 1 guy saying I NLR, that's all the evidence you have, no proof nothing.
Secondly I'm not sure how the logs work but if they show the area I died they will prove 100% that I didn't NLR and that at least 4 of those deaths were in the spawn area straight after respawn which in m opinion is RDM but according to Keith it's not.

The fact is I didn't NLR, there's no evidence against me as it idnt happen, it was my word against someone elses and Keith chose to believe them... without ignoring the clear RDMs and the evidence that after each death I went to completely different areas of the map.

Check your logs, see where I died, it'll prove that I dont NLR.

I have no proof, he has no proof although last night he could have very easily checked the logs and saw I was being killed instantly after respawn which could only mean RDM in the spawn area but he chose to ignore that fact and put it down to NLR. He also just took someone elses word that my deaths were in the same area without any proof, there was plenty people on the server at the time who could easily back up my claims. The gangsters were hunting police and as the only police on at the time I died a lot of times. This doesn't instantly equate to NLR it just means I died a lot. Keith refuses to look at the facts.

I actually had proof because of a twitch stream but the streamer did not save it, also just because you got killed 1000 times in like 3 minutes does not mean you broke nlr and if you don't want to be in the war just advert it and if they ignore that you said you don't want to be in the war just make an f1 or change job.

Keith didn't see what was happening at all, his own admission was that he saw I died 14times in the logs and put that together with your claims of NLR and assumed you were correct when the actual fact was that this is completely untrue especially since 4 of my deaths were right after respawn in the respawn area by either yourself or by the other gangsters, I didn't get names. Also looking at yourself at least 2 of the times you killed me I was going in the opposite direction to which your excuse was that you were wanted giving you the right to kill cops, well that's not correct. The rules actually say you can kill cops if they're trying to arrest you meaning that what you admitted to was RDM.

Lying to an admin can get you banned you know, It's just a shame I can't prove it.
