Story -
WARNING: I COPIED THIS STORY FROM A PREVISIOUS BAN APPEAL,THAT REDUCED MY BAN FROM PERMANENT TO 2 WEEKS. BUT THEN I DISCOVERED THAT NOTHING I DID WAS AGAINST RULES. SO I OPENED ANOTHER ONE,AS SUGGESTED BY ADMINS. HERE IS THE ENTIRE STORY:

FIRST PART,BEFORE 1st ban Appeal:
...I Usually joke about terrorism,ISIS,and let me tell you that i'm growing my knowledge about middle east uprisings... So...What Happened...
I was driving in a car mean while i was pressing the Voice chat button meanwhile i was playing arab music...
A Moderator warned me (Used teleport to talk me apart) to switch job to "Radio Manager" if i'd like to do that.
So did i. I Started joking on the Voice chat...(I Was a radio manager,i could do that),i re-started playing arab music and joking about jihad,and i got banned perm after 1 min.
I WAS ONLY WARNED TO NOT USE ANY JOB EXCEPT "RADIO MANAGER" JOB TO BROADCAST WITH THE RADIO.
NO ADMINS,and i said NO ADMINS,MODERATOR OR ELSE WARNED ME ABOUT THE MUSIC I WAS PLAYING.
They said to a friend that they warned me...YES! ONLY TO SWITCH JOB TO "RADIO MANAGER" SO I COULD BROADCAST WITHOUT INTERRUPTION! NOTHING ELSE!

Last time i left the server i saw Moderator doing RDM. DO YOU THINK THESE PEOPLE WORK SERIOUSLY?
(Later i'll report even this fact)

AS I SAID,I STARTED TO READ RULES. NOT TO FIND "loopholes",BECAUSE,IF SOMETHING IS NOT WRITTEN,IT SHOULD BE NOT PUNISHED.
AS I TOLD YOU I WASN'T EVEN WARNED ABOUT THAT. CHECK TEXT CHAT LOGS. (I ALWAYS USE TEXT CHAT WITH ADMINS. I'M ITALIAN,SO I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY SAY IN VOICE CHAT WELL)

SECOND PART,AFTER MY ANSWER TO THE "BAN REDUCTION". (I JUST WANTED REMOVE MY BAN)

An admin,after that i said that it wasn't against rules in the previsious post,accused my of "Discrimination".
From Your rules:
1.1 Discrimination - Discrimination in any form (sexism, racism, prejudicial remarks) are not permitted on our server.

From Wikipedia:
Discrimination is treatment or consideration of, or making a distinction in favor of or against, a person or thing based on the group, class, or category to which that person or thing is perceived to belong to rather than on individual merit.

Distinction? Against What? If you interpretate Joking about ISIS an insult to muslims,that is an insane way of thinking.
I didn't insuled even ISIS! I didn't mention "Allah" at all.
And,i wasn't in favor of ISIS.
Discrimination has nothing to do with this ban.

Maybe the Disrespect rule has more to do with it,but let's read:

1.2 Disrespect - Users of the ZARP community server are to conduct themselves respectfully at all times.

Let me tell you that i didn't disrespect anyone,if i didn't discriminate someone,as someone accused me(After i said that this was not against rules),why should i be disrespectful?
Also,I wasn't disrespecting other players.

The Only thing you can accuse me is:
1.6 Mic spam - Spamming the mic is unacceptable in any format, whether it be screaming, singing, repeating yourself or playing music unless another rule states otherwise.

But A moderator said me "If you want to broadcast legally,Switch to radio manager,then move on and start broadcasting without interruption and without problems",and even before that i was playing the same music. NO ONE,and NO ONE TOLD ME TO STOP THAT MUSIC. CHECK ON CHAT LOGS,As i said.

If you want i can answer to something that has a very little to do with it,but i will answer to this rule to avoid anyone to say something against me:
1.9 Player / Gang Names - Your player / gang name should not be vulgar, offensive or blasphemous.
I recently played in your server with a name "Al-Qalomoun",that is a name of a Syrian general fighting against Terrorism,nothing affiliated with isis.

I answered to everything i see.
I just want to play in your server as you can see.

So...I was banned Perm,and then reduced for 2 weeks for something that was:

-Not Alerted (To stop)
-Not Included in the "Don't s" in the rules.

I Would like this ban to be removed,and,also,for the future,add a rule about "Not Joking about terrorism",please,so something else like this won't happen.

Proof - I Don't think i need. Check on Chat logs.
Extra information - I Just would like to say that i'm italian,so i might have did some errors in this Appeal in english.

And,let me tell you,that i'm here to answer at all accusations too.
As you can see, i'm not searching for loopholes in rules. AS THESE THINGS ARE NOT AGAINST RULES.
